Female Specific Programme

In collaboration with TwoSweetFeet

Designed, created and refined with the input of female fitness enthusiasts and athletes from an array of disciplines and training backgrounds.

The aim of this program is to acknowledge and understand the hormonal and anatomical differences between men and women and how this translates into subtle nuances between male and female training.

Taking into consideration factors such as training frequency, intensity and exercise selection based upon variables specific to women, we have curated a program that offers females of all ages the ability to enhance their performance in the gym and consistently mazimise their results.

WHAT IS BASE?

Training is focused on refining and strengthening the foundational movements and developing aerobic capacity.

WHO IS IT FOR?

For those who only have time to train 3 times per week for a maximum of 60 minutes and have limited experience in the gym.

PREREQUISITES

There are no barriers to entry for this program. Any injuries or movement limitations will be accounted for in our free consultation before embarking on this programme.

INSIGHTS

Squat, Deadlift, Push/Pull variations, Unilateral movements, Bodyweight training and Aerobic Capacity.

DURATION

45-60 mins

DIALED

WHAT IS DIALED?

Training is focused on learning new exercises and training approaches whilst enhancing both their aerobic and anaerobic capacity.

WHO IS IT FOR?

For regular gym users who are committed to sustainable progression and the acquisition of new skills  

PREREQUISITES

Have a decent understanding of foundational movement technique and have the time to commit to 4/5 training sessions per week.

INSIGHTS

Squat, Deadlift, Push/Pull variations, Unilateral movements, Bodyweight training and Aerobic Capacity.

DURATION

Max 60 mins

ASCENSION

WHAT IS ASCENSION?

Training is focused on the incorporation of plyometrics, weightlifting and more advanced strength and conditioning protocols.

WHO IS IT FOR?

For those that have a good amount of experience under their belt but who are looking for precision programming to elevate their training to greater heights.

PREREQUISITES

Competent with all fundamental barbell movement patterns. Looking to develop weightlifting abilities, explosive power and speed capabilities. Committed to training 4-5 times per week

INSIGHTS

Complex free weight skill development. Using a multitude of equipment and advanced strength and conditioning approaches.

Max 60-75 mins

COMMON QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE Volume-8 ONLINE PROGRAMME?

The aim of our online coaching program is to deliver workouts to your phone that will enable you to adopt a style training that is focused on enhancing your performance, fitness and movement whilst simultaneously creating the physique you want.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM DELIVERED?

Via our interactive coaching app. Watch the exercise demos, view all set/rep/weight/tempo and rest periods. Log your results, make session notes and review each session. Each programme has a training frequency of between 3-5 days, focusing on strength and power, skill development and aerobic and anaerobic capacity training. Managing each of these variables, coupled with a nutritional plan will assist with improving body composition.

HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?

Our three different training options have workouts that last between 45-75min. BASE is 45-60 minutes. DIALED is about 60 minutes and ASCENSION last up to 75 minutes, depending on the duration of the warm up, how familiar you are with the movements and specified rest periods between sets and how many movements are in that training session.

CAN I INTERACT WITH THE COACHES?

Yes of course! You'll be able to contact us via our training app via instant messaging, voice call or video call. You can leave session notes for us to read and reply and you can upload technique videos for us to critique and feedback.

HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?

You are billed each month from the time your 7 day FREE trial ends. You are free to cancel at any point.
